The Hooded Handler Jacket is made of durable, wind and water resistant, exterior nylon fabric. The jacket features an insulated, quilted lining on the interior. Quality made with a double seam and top stitched. The front of the jacket has a large tug pocket, mesh pocket and zippered pocket. There is a large, netted pocket (accessible from both sides) in the back. The bottom of the jacket and the hood has double drawstrings with cord locks for adjusting the fit. A leash D-ring is sewn into the seam to hook your dog's leash to. USA MADE
